Encourage your teammates and recognize effort. A simple 'good try' or supportive comment helps build a stronger team environment.

Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, referees, volunteers and spectators with respect. Handle winning and losing with the same class.

Let coaches coach and referees officiate. Raise concerns calmly and privately through the appropriate process.

Compete to win, but remember that participation, growth, effort and community matter more than the final score.
